Domino Dreams Opens Enchanting Pixie Forest Event
Domino Dreams just introduced players to the next chapter in their Album collecting adventure: the Pixie Forest! The event is pretty simple; collect Magical Pixies, and the more you collect, the more rewards you get. Start collecting now and get tons of rewards like Gold Coins, and even better, Cards for your Album.
They advertise Pixi Forest as a way to supercharge your Album, so you’re likely to receive a lot of Cards, and hopefully, a lot of rare Cards at that. After all, filling up your Albums is one of the best ways of getting boatloads of Coins.
What Is The Album, and How Can I Access It?
If you’re wondering why the Pixie Forest event isn’t showing up for you, it might be because you haven’t unlocked Domino Dreams’ Album feature yet. You unlock your Album only after you reach level 35. Before that, it will remain as a locked icon on the bottom left of the home screen.
Once you unlock it, tap on the Album icon, and it will take you to a series of Card sets. Fill up these Card Sets and you’ll get the set prize, which can range from 2,000 to 42,000 Coins. If you manage to fill up every Card Set in the Album, you’ll get a massive reward of 1,250,000 Coins!
You may be wondering how you can collect Cards to fill your sets. Well, you get them from participating in challenges and events. One such event is the new Pixie Forest. As of the time of writing this article, there are a few other events where you can participate in to earn Coins and Cards. Here’s what they are and how they work:
- Jungle Challenge: Collect coconuts to fill up a bar that will reward you with Elixir Droplets (though you can get other rewards here as well). Elixir Droplets are used in another event called Elixir Quest that requires you to fill up bottles of Elixir in exchange for rewards like Powerups, Coins, and Cards.
- Fairytale Puzzle: Use puzzle pieces that you gain from winning levels and other events to uncover images piece by piece. After fully uncovering an image, you’ll get a variety of rewards, including Cards.
- Treasure Temple: This minigame is sort of like the classic board game Battleship. There is a 5X5 board that you have to pick apart one by one to uncover precious gems. Once you collect all the gems on a board, you’ll earn Coins and Cards among other rewards. You need pickaxes to break tiles on the board though, and the main source of pickaxes is by winning levels. You get one pickaxe per level, allowing you to break one tile on the board.
