Ok guys. I have been through it with this company. I have accused them of being everything BUT good people over the last 20 days. Look, for some reason, they will freeze your account. Its said that it is for a " balance review ", but who knows. Keep in mind that they WILL get you sorted out, you just have to have patience, lots of it. File your tickets and expect a 2-3 week wait, even though it says that it will be taken care of in 24 hrs.
