The response time was outstanding!! I thought for sure that I would be dealing with an AI Bot and almost didn't bother. They had shut my account down because I had a new email but once I explained it to a HUMAN I was amazed at how quickly they resolved the issue. This was my response. I have tried literally 10+ "rewards for playing games" apps. This is the second one I have been able to cash out on, however it is by far the best! You can cash out at $1! I cashed for $2 within an hour or two of downloading the game from the app store. So far in around a month I have cashed out about $40 mixed between having the $ sent to my cash app and my bank account. It does take about 24-48 hours for the $ to post after you withdraw but that is my ONLY complaint. The format of the app makes it easy to use and easily understandable. If you are going to play a rewards app, this is the one you should play!

I really do love Scrambly, I played it every since It kept coming as an ad on the app that I was currently playing. I decided to play it and fell in love with it. The app worked perfectly for a couple of weeks and then it stopped recognizing my milestones. I thought it was on my end so I did a support on my end meaning my iPhone. I had done everything that my iPhone support said to do. I have been sending emails to Scrambly's support team for months and then last week I heard from one of the support team. We communicated and now I'm waiting to hear what he has done for my account to fix the bug that is not recognizing my milestones. My playing the games and hitting the milestones to get credit for is not registering on my account. I'm getting impatient because I miss playing the games. I'm anxious to get back to my games. Scrambly for me is an addictive game app not just receiving money to play and getting paid for my daily steps. But I hope that the person who is helping me will fix the glitch (syncing)of the milestones to my account. Scrambly is the one game that a person should play, I love it. Scrambly even recognized by birthday and gave me coins.
