I had an issue with receiving a reward. I emailed support more than a month ago about the problem. They finally got to my issue a couple of days ago. The company support team has been short on help. That is why it took so long to work on my problem. Regardless of the timing, the kind person took care of the problem and treated me respectfully. I appreciate that so much.

I have been planning on Scrambly for almost 2 years now and I love it.
